  • We digitalise and then store your documentation on our electronic system where owners and officials have 24/7 access

  • Create your AGM agenda, chair your meeting and then complete the minutes

  • We arrange 3 quotes for your strata insurance

  • We manage your insurance claims along with our insurance broker

  • We Submit your Tax return

Strata plans with 2 - 10 lots $800 (plus GST) per year.
