For most Sydney committees, hybrid meetings (Zoom + venue) work best — better attendance than in-person-only. For complex matters or contested motions, we travel to Sydney. Routine AGMs are quick, well-prepared and over within 30 minutes.
If you have existing trusted Sydney trades, we use them. If you don't, we have a vetted Sydney contractor network covering plumbers, gardeners, electricians and roofers across most metro areas.

For service quality, the difference is minimal because day-to-day strata work is mostly done by phone, email and through the owner portal — none of which depends on someone sitting in a Sydney office. We travel to Sydney for major meetings and on-site visits where they matter.
Yes. Most Sydney AGMs we run are hybrid (committee in the room, owners on Zoom) because attendance is genuinely higher that way. But if your scheme prefers fully in-person, we'll do that too — we travel to you.
4 lots is exactly our zone. Some of our best-run complexes are 4 to 8 lots. Smaller schemes are often the most under-served by big strata firms — too small to be priority, too small to get the discounts the big firms get on insurance and contracts. We treat every scheme the same way: full attention, fair pricing.
Yes. NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) operates statewide and most matters are heard via video link these days. If your matter goes to NCAT, we coordinate with a Sydney strata lawyer where required and represent you through the process. Most disputes don't get that far — we resolve them at the Notice to Comply or mediation stage.
