Our complex was holiday lets — now mostly permanent. Anything we should review?

Yes — three things usually need attention. By-laws often still reflect short-term letting culture (loud common areas, transient parking, no quiet hours). Insurance may still be priced as a serviced apartment block. And capital works plans are sometimes light because original developers didn't expect owners to hold long. We'll review all three as part of onboarding.

Are you really able to attend Terrigal AGMs in person?

Yes. AGMs and major inspections are in-person by default. We're in Caves Beach, about an hour and a half away. Most Coast visits are clustered — we'll line up several jobs (AGMs, inspections, contractor walk-throughs) in one trip down. Routine work happens via phone, email, and the Stratafy owner portal in between.
